Okay I installed xenon lights just yesterday one is flickering and sometimes turn its self off while I drive my engine light comes on but not when I start the car only after few minutes of drive could be because of bad installation of xenon lights?

Well I don't really think one is caused by the other, however you may have damaged something during the install.
The only way you will know why the check engine lamp is on, is to pull codes from the DME.
As for the flickering, did you use new bulbs? At times during shipping, it can damage the bulbs.

did this car previously have halogen or non-xenon lights?
tell us more about this install - are these BMW headlights, etc?
i have run across flickering when upgrading from halogen to xenon when the LCM was not told that the car now has xenon lights. i don't know if this applies to aftermarket setups.

Also you will get a bulb out too, for it is making a small draw of current for the lamp as well.
