Throttle body question

I am using a BMW V12 M73 motor from a 750iL in a project.

I want to convert the throttle bodies from the fitted electronic ones to mechanical cable type.

Any ideas?

Which model BMW cable throttle body might work?

Are you using the DME or custom?
Main reason I ask is that faulty TB can throw it into Failsafe. Using mechanical might just do that.
