Will my car run with all these codes?

Just bought a 2000 325ci. Another victim of the dead auto trans. Last owner said it was running when parked, but sat for about half a year, so i just flushed all the fuel. I threw a new battery in there, checked all the fluids and tried to start it. It definitely has fuel as i can smell it when its cranking, and i know it has spark because occasionally it will try to kick over. Also definitely has compression, so i checked the DCTs. 14 codes; P0720, p1751, p1749, p0715, p0727, p0731, p0732, p0733, p0734, p0735, p1747, p1748, p0705, and p0763. I did a real quick search on all these, and so far they all seem to be trans related, but would any of these keep the car from running? Also, i am planning on doing a 5 speed swap, but i dont have a harness, so is there at least a way i can get the car running without any of the trans harness plugged in?

    - Air. Blocked air cleaner. Vacuum leaks, broken rubber boots, especially the small one going to the idle control valve.
    - Fuel. 50 PSI pressure at the fuel rail. Clean working injectors.
    - Compression. For you to test.
    - Spark. Check a removed plug to see the spark.

There is only one thing more pleasurable than working on a Z3, that's driving it top down on a fine day.

I'm not googling 14 codes. If you want to do so and post the descriptions of them we can go from there.

Thank you. A few of the pcv lines were split so i temporarily taped them up just to see if it would start. Although i had flushed the fuel, i reflushed it, and replaced the spark plugs. Looked like all the plugs were fouled and had an excessive gap over .040. I was able to start it, and although it sputtered and stalled a few times, i was able to eventually get it to idle ok. Thanks for the suggestions!
