Maybe I've never noticed before but I have the Nav color set to blue and it changes to orange when the headlights are turned on. Is this normal?
Also, and maybe it's related, but I was monitoring the voltage while driving and it stays around 13.5-13.6 but when braking it goes down to 12.1-12.5. Is that normal as well?

The voltage drop is odd. Do you get it on deceleration / coast, or just braking?

Just braking. I do have the Trifecta at the moment. bad RR wheel sensor. Well, actually just a broken wire that I will be repairing. Not sure if that can cause voltage abnormalities.
