Best spray paint or paint to paint my new bumper

I just put my new headlight in on my 08 328i and now I need to order a new bumper. Once I do ima have to paint it. I don’t want to really spray paint the whole bumper unless it’s very high quality. If not spray paint where can I get some regular paint to match my bmw 328I?

You need to have a body shop paint it. You will never get a good finish with anything that comes out of a rattle can.
