Hi there . Can someone tell me if this looks ok? Thinking of buying. No records from 2011 onwards but only driven 10k miles in the time since.

That probably means that it was maintained by the owner during that period. They may have a maintenance log, check the glove box and trunk.
It should have had an oil change or two in the last 8 years.
Carfax will never show all of the maintenance and should only be used as supplemental information.

I mean you have to kind of assume that nothing was done to it in that time--not that it means that's true--not all shops, or even most shops report to the Carfax data base, but the car changed hands a couple of time in that stretch through dealers and still no service records.
What’s the asking price
I just bought a 2000 M Roadster with 20k miles. Super clean, but no info regarding maintenance on the Carfax. So, to get a baseline to start with, I had all fluids replaced.
Actually looks like one owner (original leasee purchased car). Looks to have had some fluid changes. But 18 years old and will need usual refreshing (cooling, etc).
Rubber fails due to age and not just mileage. So, it may need new suspension bushings to make it drive like it should.
