Broken Getrag 2001 325ci What's needed for ZF swap??

Alright guys new here have some questions, did some research but can not find a solid answer.

I have a 01 325ci no 2nd gear in my getrag

Question 1. Does and e36 getrag fit in? Or is the driveshaft an issue and going to need to change that as well.

Question 2. If I go for the ZF trans I need the shift fork, trans, and would the front half of driveshaft mate to my 325ci rear? Or does anyone have the PN for a coupe driveshaft so I can venture into sourcing what I need.

Any transmission swap will need a new driveshaft and shifter assembly, and possibly may need a new giubo.
