Replaced headlight adjusters on Driver side-Xenon headlight assembly

But seems light pattern seems off as I can see the cut off line on beam pattern in front of me.

At startup, it does get slight adjustment movement and you see the headlight pattern move up ever so slightly.

Anything else I should be looking at?

Did you manually re-adjust headlights after replacing the adjusters?

There is likely some auto-leveler mechanism attached to your suspension that will make a minor adjustment. I am not too familiar with it. Your's are probably frozen. have a look from underneath near passenger and driver's front suspension.

The reason you replaced your adjusters is so that you can adjust your headlights. You now need to adjust your headlights. Use google as a resource for how. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself take it to a garage that can do it for you.
