    2007 335i

    I replaced my battery it reads 12v off and 17.5v while on then goes onto limp mode when I hit the gas. I believe it’s the voltage regulator. Does anyone have any idea how to replace it or where it’s located? Or if you think it’s something else let me know!! Thanks

    '08 E90 335xi manual
    It's part of the alternator. You can replace it separately or together with the alternator.

    Thanks I was trying to find a video I seen one for e92 I’m a e90 body but I don’t think that matter since it’s body type right?
