Rubber weather strip under wiper called?

Good morning. Been searching the net but just can't find what the name of this part it. There's weather stripping under the windshield wipers. When I open the hood IT LOOKS like it can be replaced by removing the plastic fasteners across the base of where the wipers sit. I'll take a pic later and show exactly what I'm talking about. But its cracking and its sending my OCD into hyper mode! lol. I've tried my best to describe what and where it is. Maybe the pix will be a better description.

    Thank you in advance
    RC

#1 part number there. It's not too expensive.

lol ... I just ordered one of these today for my car. Changed the wipers a bit ago and realized the cover was in awful shape.

I need to change mine too on the F31. Especially why I am ready with the part numbers.

Just ordered mine. Install looks pretty straight forward. Guess we'll see when I get it.
Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction with the part numbers.
