New AC blower motor - reputable brands to buy?

Hi all,

Over the last few months, on two or three occasions I've had a slight squeak on cool mornings from the blower fan. I'm always the type to prep for the future so I'm researching new blower motors and I'm having some trouble. I don't want anything Chinese and a lot of "German made" parts I've been finding have actually been from China (Topaz, VDO, Behr etc). So far the only one I've potentially found is by Hella, which I assume isn't Chinese yet? So I'd really appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction for this.

My specific part number is 64116933910 according to my VIN on realOEM.

FCP has both the Genuine BMW or BEHR blower,
Lifetime warranty either way, your choice.

Just because it's made in China doesn't mean it sucks, in fact, it'd be better to say it blows.

If you go with BEHR or Genuine BMW (likely BEHR, but more expensive), you'll be fine - even if made in China.

Thanks guys, I'll try and get a BEHR or genuine BMW. I'm seeing a lot of "BEHR Hella" ones which is confusing as I thought they're separate companies, so maybe I'm just out of the loop or they always have been. Fingers crossed that FCP will ship to my country and won't cost an extortionate amount because the price of the Behr unit is so good that I'll get the motor regulator too for extra measure.

I'll also ask my dealer about what prices he can get. Usually they're sky high but I might get lucky with it since it's still technically a current model, unlike my E34 which was considered classic and had unbelievable prices.
