    Fuel Return Hardline Squished

Title says it all, I found my fuel return line by the jacking point to be squished (Oh I wonder how that might have happened)

Fuel pressure gauge reads 39 psi w/ FPR connected, and 43 psi with the vacuum line disconnected, at idle. Do I need to replace this hardline, is there a more expedient fix, or should it not be an issue?
