Shogun tricks and tips for the E32 series are HERE!
Your car is a model year 2002, a year before BMW installed head units in the E46 that have an auxiliary input connector at the back of the head unut. Don’t despair. There are several good options available. One is to use the CD changer cables in the left rear of the trunk. The other option uses the main connector at the rear of the head unit. Both basically use the changer interface. Check out GROM interfaces. Also, try www.crutchfield.com. Check the audio subforrum of E46Fanatics.
