Is anyone familiar with how to replace these seals on a sedan? Wasn't able to find much info by googling.

I think you have to remove tha main glass then remove the rear window guide then the quarter window would come out with the glass and gasket as one
Where in Mass are you?
Unfortunately no longer in MA, I'm in Chicago now.
No, it's on the laundry list of stuff to do for the car; I'll probably get around to it after I finish the rear end overhaul. Some pictures would be greatly appreciated.
I replaced both of the window seals on my rear doors. The fixed glass seal had shrunk which was allowing water to wick into my car along the bottom of the glass. I also replace the black dum dum that is used to hold the inner vapor barrier in place. 1 roll of 15' 3M dum dum will do 2 doors(got it on Amazon).
You will only need a few tools; Torx 20, 10mm socket/ratchet, Phillips head screwdriver, 90* pick, door panel tools, plastic trim removal tools.
After you remove the door panel and vapor barrier;
- remove window switch from the door panel and reattach it, you will have to raise and lower the window and it makes it easier than reaching for the front switch.
- lower window and remove the moveable glass seal, that will expose the 3 black screws on the front vertical B-pillar trim and 1 brass color screw on the top forward of the fixed glass vertical trim.
- remove inner belt molding and 3 metal clips, if you leave the clips in place, it can scratch window tint.
- remove the metal pin from the plastic clip that holds the window glass to the regulator ( mine broke into pieces since it 22 years old) replace plastic clip
continued.......

- use the door panel tool to pop the regulator out of the clip, then lift the window glass up and out of the frame, place the glass in the trunk.
- remove the two 10mm bolts (blue tape marking location)and brass colored screw from the trim piece just forward of the fixed glass
- you will have to pull the trim down a few inches and then forward in the door a few inches, but it can stay in the door.
- place your hands flat on the fixed glass, 1 on the inside, 1 on the outside and push forward in the door. It won't instantly move, keep steady pressure on it.
- after you clean the dirt out, *(see next post for a better picture) dry fit the seal without the glass so you can see how the small protrusion fits into the void of the existing
belt molding for the up/down
- reinstall the fixed glass trim, tighten the screw first, then 2 10mm bolts.
- lube the up/down glass slide with some white lube after you lock the glass into the clip, raise & lower glass, add more lube

I replaced the seals on the other side and took better pictures of the fixed glass window seal's tab the goes underneath the belt molding. After cleaning out the dirt, I used some carwash soap and water to help it slide into place.
