Well, after much debate and mental anguish, I have decided its best to list my E30 for sale. Future baby is officially on the way so the garage needs to have one less racecar.

    About this car:
I purchased this vehicle as a rolling chassis in 2010. The PO had gutted the engine bay, the interior was mismatched and in poor shape, and the entire drivetrain was gone. Most everything worth noting is either new or has been inspected by myself before installation. This vehicle has remained in Florida throughout its entire life. A vast majority of its time has been in a garage, and I think the condition of the paint shows that. I have had a blast driving/building/working on this machine and have done my best to build it how I wanted it.

    About myself:
I went to a two-year automotive program at a community college and then worked in the automotive industry for nearly 15 years. I primarily worked at a local BMW dealership for a vast majority of that time, starting from the car wash, to tech, to master, to team leader and leaving to briefly work at a Porsche dealership for a little while. I always loved working with my hands and cars really satisfied that craving. I have done my best to keep this car but starting a family is certainly going to rearrange my priorities.

    Drivetrain:
    -BMW M52 2.8L block
    -Stock bottom end
    -OEM S52 camshafts
-413 OBDI DME with TRM chip
    -Dr. Vanos Stage II
-ARP head studs with OEM headgasket (was planning to turbochage later)
-Ebay headers to custom 3" exhaust with Magnaflow muffler
    -OBDI M50 intake manifold
-OEM 21.5 lb flow-matched fuel injectors from VAC
-Custom crankcase vent off valvecover to exhaust (mimicked turbocharged design by using check valve to pull vacuum from exhaust, just past oxygen sensor)
    -Riot Racing Big Bore Throttlebody
    -Bav Auto OBDI ignition coils
    -SPAL pusher fan
-No A/C or Power Steering or ABS
-Fidanza 11lb flywheel with OEM E36 M3 clutch
    -ZF320 Transmission
    -E36 M3 B&M short shifter
    -3.25LSD with polyurethane bushing
-Cylinder head was hot-tanked and cleaned. New valve stem seals installed at this point.
    -New timing chain
    -New timing chain tensioner
    -New belt
    -New pulleys
    -New alternator
    -New starter
    -New OEM water pump
-New oil pump with secured oil pump nut
    -New Mishimoto radiator
    -New OBDI sensors throughout
    -New gaskets throughout
    -New hardware throughout

    Suspension/Wheels/Swap Parts:
-Custom Ground Control Coilover setup (powdercoated struts with Koni shocks)
-ST swaybars with adjustable end links (front swaybar mounting point now located on strut housing)
    -Ground Control Caster/Camber plates
-AKG polyurethane bushings throughout (diff, subframe, rear control arms, engine mounts, transmission mounts)
-Rear subframe has adjustable CA mounting points welded on
-E36 M3 steering rack (I have reman E46 ZHP rack and used steering column, ready to swap in for power steering)
-15x9 et0 Dubfelgenwerk CCW reps (front has 3mm spacer, rear has 5mm)
-225-45-15 BFG Rivals (all are 6 years old, would recommend replacement sooner than later per DOT specs)
    -New Control arms
    -Solid CA bushings/with delrin inserts
    -ECS Tuning wheel studs
    -New wheel bearings
    -New OEM 325i brakes
    -Reman OEM front/rear brake calipers
    -Hawk HPS brake pads
-Stainless steel brake lines and clutch line
    -OEM 318i non-abs master cylinder
    -New Porsche 944 booster
-Used E36 M3 driveshaft (rear CV joint currently making noise, would recommend replacement)
-Custom OEM brake hard lines (PO removed fronts)

    Interior:
-Kirkey seats on custom adjustable seat brackets. Seatbacks are tied directly to rollbar via adjustable rear brackets. Everything can move +/-2" in X/Y/Z axes.
    -Schroth 6-pt belts
    -Black front/rear door panels
    -VSR roll bar
-Custom STACK gauge cluster with SPA digital speedometer
    -Custom dash switches/kill switch
    -Modified and lowered steering column
-Lowes outdoor carpet over random heat shielding on passenger's side area

    -Moon Eyes shift knob
    -Crank windows
    -Crank sunroof

    Misc:
-Shaved complete engine bay, repainted with truck-bedliner finish
-Complete vehicle wiring harness was reduced to bare essentials, with fuse panel moved to driver's footwell area (no HVAC, radio, speakers, power windows, reverse lights, turn signals, antenna, interior lights, sunroof, etc)
    -Compression after rebuild:
    Cylinder 1: 162
    Cylinder 2: 159
    Cylinder 3: 165
    Cylinder 4: 158
    Cylinder 5: 164
    Cylinder 6: 162
    -Garagistic front upper strut brace
    -Powdercoated OBDI E36 valve cover
-Exhaust was painted and wrapped with heat-tape from headers to oxygen sensor
-Various bits and ends from JEGS/Summit Racing (coolant reservoir)
    -Hella Smoked glass headlamps
    -AeroCatch latches for hood
-OEM Paint. Carfax shows an accident in 1994, but that was limited to a rear bumper repair. Paint shows same age/depth throughout entire vehicle.
    -Zero rust. None. Nada. Zilch
    -OEM glass
    -New fuel lines
    -New brake hoses/master cylinder hoses
    -New clutch master cylinder
    -New battery
-I will include various parts and OEM items along with the vehicle (everything from various electrical stuff, to trim, aftermarket parts and extras)

Some of these modifications push the limits of being street legal. Depending on your location, you may need to change certain aspects to retain those functions if you so wish. Florida seems to be lax on their street-legal requirements.

As a never-ending-project-car, I had plans to continue my modifications, but this sale has put an end to that. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions. Thanks for your time.
