Sadly need to let go of my shark. I commute a lot and mpg, as you guys may know, is awful. And I need something for the winter.
    - Original schwarz paint. Pretty decent for the age. (6/10)
    - All natur leather interior. A few flaws. (6/10)
    - Automatic. Shifts strong.
    - 157k miles.
    - Body has very small rust spot on bottom of rear right wheel arch. No underbody rot. Floors are completely solid.
    - Recent maintenance: head gasket, spark plugs, plug wires, dizzy rotor and cap, coolant temp sensor, battery, oil change. (All done within last 500 miles).
    - No accidents. Clean title.
    - Will need suspension tune up, and brakes soon.
Car is a pretty decent original survivor. Overall condition I'd put between 6 and 7 out of 10.

That would be relatively easy to fix, though I like the existing combo...

+1, I've always favored light interiors with dark exteriors to get that definition.

Hey Aaron, don't forget to send me the $60 you owe me from February when you get the cash from the sale.

The four apology e-mails have lost their credibility.

It's been 4 months, even corporate accounts usually get paid in 3 months.

That doesn't inspire much credibility in the seller of this e24.

Well, I have to play fair. Aaron read my post and sent me this:

    "Hey Rob,
I just saw your post on the forum. Super sorry about that. I have forgotten about this, and it's been a while at no one's fault but my own. I'm genuinely a good person, and I do get paid friday so I will absolutely send you the long overdue $60. Send me am email Thursday to remind me, with your preferred payment solution.
Again, the word probably doesn't mean much by now, but sorry.
Thanks for your trust in the bimmer community.
    Cheers"

Things can come up in life that become more of a priority than paying a debt.( Not being sarcastic here)
Aaron is very believable in this post and I feel he is really sincere. I can see forgetting from time to time.

So I guess I was frustrated and thought it was a good idea to piggy back a post on his F/S of his six.

Not fair to him, no reason to broad cast this on public page.

I've learned a valuable lessen here, next time I'll hold my breath and calm down before I spout out.

Yes, I'll e-mail him-- that's the least I can do.

Bump car is still for sale. Someone buy this car. I'm running out of options and I hate to see it wasted.
