Bluetooth issue stuck at "Please wait..."

Hi,
Recently my F25 Bluetooth stopped working where I can't pass "Please wait..." screen

What is also strange that USB Aux is not working either. Connecting your phone via USB will no longer recognize it.


First I thought of BMW Software Update.


I've downloaded the software from BMW repository uploaded it on USB stick and tried to update the software but USB is not being recognized - similar to Phone situation.


No USB device with software connected with USB audio...

What is also strange I'm no longer able to see what version of software am I running on my F25 - its empty where I do remember you could see before.

Trying rule out audio system glitch I've performed BMW iDrive CIC force reboot reset but issue still remained.

As a last resort I've disconnected the battery to restart everything but that didn't help either.


At this point I have no clue what else can I do.


I know that BT and USB Aux are somehow related. Same underline system/box that they connect to?


At this point I would rule out software issue but focus more on physical layer.


Any thoughts/advice on what else can I check/do?
