I`ve been using this car as a daily since December and have been surprised at how nice it drives. Suspension is tight, no bad rattles, trans shifts smoothly, and engine runs well. There are small rust bubbles in the usual places but not much underneath where the car is unsafe or worthless. Would be a great foundation for a 5spd swap, S50 swap, or just clean up a bit and drive as a cool daily. I have 7 vehicles right now and I'm trying to simplify. I am overwhelmed with projects and none of them are getting done. Have a E36 5spd with a bad motor available to go with this car to do the 5spd swap. The Good:
2 new pulleys, tensioner and belt
radiator hoses, water pump, coolant hard pipe and O-rings
valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket
No fault lights (besides air bag)
spark plugs, wires, O2 sensor
power steering rack, front lower control arms, 4 shocks (2013)
Front and rear brakes done pads and rotors (2014) lots of life left
Sunroof works fine
Tires all have lots of tread left
Door panels are solid not flopping off
Everything electrically works in the car (except rad fan)
Interior is not perfect but better than most no dash cracks

The Bad:
Exhaust system is functional, no leaks but ugly.
Paint has the clear coat disease
Rad Cooling fan was rigged up with manual switch
Good old E36 windows work but regulators are clunky and loose.
A/C doesn't work but everything is there, might have a leak.
