congrats on the film(s) ... prof done !
I only have one , imho, feeling .... the cars are presented as possible "dailys" … so i assume they are completely overhauled or dealer maintained up till now ?….. which you don't find here in Europe...besides some very rare ( and expensive) .
I wonder as i see my own experience : bought a '91 manual 850 2 years ago with "only" 88K miles , perfect outside , but sure no "daily" when i see what i had to do meanwhile to keep it running.... i'm glad i have a "new" BMW to haul parts Sure, most are due to lack of maintenance the last years …. last owner(s). Or from little to no use over the last years...
I know of 1 Belgian guy that bought his car new and now still dealer maintained. A unicorn i think.
PS at the dealer , none of the 20 mechanics is fighting to have the privilege to work on a 850
Another great Triple Lindy Alec!

This is the reason I do my own work now (been lucky enough to not need anything special for repairs yet).
My Cars - 1991 BMW 850i - mine for fun, 1993 Saab 900c - mine for fun, 2008 Lexus is250 - my daily driver, 2003 Dodge Durango - my wife's, 1994 Acura Legend - gave it to kid
Pablo, i do all the work myself too.... as on my other cars for over 40 years .... If i was not tech schooled i would not even daire to buy a oldtimer.... at the dealer it would be a money pit i'm afraid. But being a regular customer ( new cars ) i may borrow all the special tools … that's already half work done
Enjoyed the explanation of features..the comparisons of torque and feel of each model. The manual sounded great.
Only thing missing was your sport coat?
My son had some friends over ...we were in the e31 trunk for something...I uttered my favorite Rodney quote ... "I get no respect- My inflatable love doll ran off with my spare tire"
None of the boys laughed.
I'm the head wrench for my son's e31 as well.

Thanks all. Glad you liked the films.
All these cars are super well maintained by their owners in one way or another, hence why they are daily cars.
