Where to find rear panel trim screw and clips?

I fixed a bad rear speed sensor today. In doing so I found that the screws and clips holding the door sill cover deflector lip were badly rusted. One to the point were the screw snapped in half. I got the rusted clips and screws off. I found the part number for the lip and the spring clip and expanding rivet on RealOEM. But where can I find the proper replacement screws and clips? My rivet and lip are fine, I need the two screws and the clips that clip on to the wheel housing cover.

Try to match up using a good example - Home Depot has a variety of stainless steel hardware

They were so decayed it'd be hard to match and I still need the clips they screw into.
