My current seat belt has to be manually fed to retract it.
I bought a used replacement that retracts well.
Any tips as to the replacement procedure?
Thank you for all of the help here!
If you have the whole reel, then it’s as simple as unbolting one, and putting the new one in. Don’t crack the plastic feeding the seatbelt through up top, that’s really it.

Cool, I'll update tomorrow, the non retraction of the belt is (not literally) killing me!
I've had some success taking the reel apart and giving the clockspring a few more winds. Not a job for the hamfisted or impatient, though.

Thanks, all, busy Memorial Day (US) so I'll update after I get to it next weekend.
I really appreciate all of the help!
