Hi all i have a 04 plate 745i and its exhibiting PCV symptoms as in after long periods on tick over in traffic all of a sudden it will bellow blue smoke out the exhaust, which disappears once i get running again, i have removed and checked both PCV valves and they are undamaged, any help would be appreciated, although the valve seem undamaged could they be faulty, when running loosening the oil filler cap effects the idle and shows a very strong vacuum exactly how much vacuum should there be?

You need valve stem seals. It's super common, try searching.

Or try 10-60 m oil for awhile, but you have to drive it for while because there's oil on the cat, we have had good results with this
