Check control

hi, is there a way to tell whether my car got check control or not? i have the 7 button computer, but no check button.
however, there's a wire going to the washer tank, maybe a sensor? tail light pins also seem to suggest cc.

The wire going to the washer tank could be for the pump or for the sensor to say when it is low

mine is a 92. was going to pull a bulb to see about error msg on the display, but battery is dead now.
