Didn't get # 9 in the OEM gasket set, looks like it would fit.
#8 in the package does not fit, diameter too large.
Did a general Google search for "dipstick tube 0 ring" and
found rings but not for the m30 b34 block.
There's no o ring groove on the bottom of my tube.
As a matter of fact, no m30 was listed.
If I can't get a part # can a guru tell me the o ring size.
Or, do you think one of the listed rings would work for the m30--
Or, if I measure the ID of the block and OD from
the tube how thick of a generic o ring should I try to get.
Posting on BigCoupe also.
Thanks for all & any info.

I got them at the dealership
Hi
If you look at that diagram the numbers are "greyed out" that generally means they are not for your car. I entered my vin and got the same diagram with the numbers "greyed out". This happens when there are different options and some diagrams say "no parts listed for your car"
Does your car have an o-ring? A lot of the M30 dipsticks are an interference fit in the block with no o-ring used. If it needs one measure the outside diameter of the tube and the inside of the hole and see what thickness is available.
Thanks for all the input.
Talked to the builder and told me press fit.
