Coil springs at 145K - yes or no?

    Gisele has 145K.

Gisele is bouncy. She's all over the d@mn road sometimes.

She's getting bushings, shocks, struts, gaskets, yadda yadda yadda ....

Coil springs look fine considering their age.

What says the forum? Re-use or replace? This is a Sunday driver that sees 2500 miles a year.

Keep your coil springs. Only replace them if they break or you are lowering the car.

There is only one thing more pleasurable than working on a Z3, that's driving it top down on a fine day.
