Hey all,
I'm new here (and new to BMW ownership). I looked for the official welcome thread like most forums have but didn't have much luck...until then...
Need some quick help. Put the front end of my e36 vert back together, but I cant figure out this connection. Black 2 connector clip, green/yellow & green/black wiring. Connector is located on a pigtail in front of the washer bottle and other end looks to terminate in the passenger wheel well. It looks similar to the fog light connection by design, but is obviously for a different function.
I thought it was abs/wheel speed but connectors online look different. I do have abs and traction control lights on in the car. Anyone know what this is and where it needs to clip in?
Should also be mentioned that I acquired this car with a wrecked front end.
Thanks everyone!

Not off the top of my head, but I can tell you for sure it has nothing to do with ABS. Most likely it is for factory alarm horn that would be mounted behind the headlight on pass side, attached to the radiator support sheet metal.
Good thought, thanks!
Does your car have heated window washer nozzles in the hood?
Then this is probably the connection to the temperature switch to turn the nozzles heaters on,when it's cold enough.
The switch is sitting in the co-drivers brake air duct.
