01 740il...angel eyes or not?

I have a 2001 Titanium Silver 740il. Debating on whether or not to put angel eyes on it or just keep it 100% factory. Thoughts?

I'd prefer factory original. if you put angel eyes, enthusiasts will know it's fake... I'd rather not look fake (and possibly cheap) to the knowing eyes. besides, it's lighting won't be as good as original anyway.

Nowadays, Ring lights are everywhere, and have become a cliche. Best to demur.

Just install them behind the lenses and it will still appear factory...

Love AEs, makes the car look like a modern BMW. All the new ones have them. On the 99-01 e38 you can put them behind the lens and they look more subdued. I plan to code the running lights off on my DINAN and install AEs.

I say put on there whatever looks best TO YOU. My opinion shouldn't matter, right? It's your car, what matters most is your opinion. There's nothing wrong with keeping it stock... but there's nothing wrong with giving it a bit of a makeover, either.
