2002 E39 540i Partout

Recently purchased this 540i thinking it only needed a fuel pump, but wasn't told all the information. Engine doesn't even crank, could be ews or something else but more work than i'm willing to do right now. In the process of transferring the car in my name, but won't pull parts until I have the title in hand. Until then, I just want to start on a list of interested people for what parts. Once the title comes in, I'll start taking off parts and shipping them out. It will be going to junkyard in around a month's time. I just want it gone, so grab the parts while they last!

2002 540i 4.4L M62 with Auto Transmission.. 230k on the clock... Not sure if it even runs, but it's complete
Toledo Blue with Tan interior

Previous owner left Driver Side window down while sitting outside for a couple months, so the DS Seat has seen better days, as well as the door panel
Some damage to rear bumper

Everything is for sale except for suspension since I need to roll it up on a flatbed/trailer. Wheels are for sale, but need your stocks in place of them. Not really interested in selling the engine and transmission, unless you come and pull them yourself, and i may be able to help.

Local sale in preferred, but willing to ship at buyers expense.

Bump..

The hood is gone, and wheels are pending sale for tonight. And have a potential buyer for the headlights and front bumper.
