How do I install this new belt tensioner? part #11287786880

Please open the following link and look at part 11287786880, labeled 2 in the diagram:
    https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=11_3461

I have no idea where to start, I can't even see where its located from the top or bottom, it appears to be behind the alternator somewhere but it's in way accessible or visible..

I don't want to strip the front of the engine if I don't have to, any advice would be appreciated

I think your confused your going after 4, 7 or 9 ....the wheels correct?
First tell us current mileage, how long you've had the car, how did you come to the knowledge that you need to make this replacement and finally what issues/problems are you experiencing ?
