2CF8 Code problem!!! Need help to solve it,

Sometime i saw 2A59 codes through INPA, also there was 5E19 on DSC code error.

But after deleting all code went away, only remain 2CF8 code with half engine sign illuminated on dash. Inpa shows Throttle is 100% . throttle open 100% in start position and goes back to about 5% during engine off. IT feels like Car doesnot have response to throttle as it is 100% on start and moves just 20-30kph, IN neutral engine rev upto 3000-4000 or more.
