Front passenger power window not working.

Dear Fellow BMW Owners.

Can anyone perhaps assist? Yesterday my front passenger power window failed to operate. Upon investigating and trying to determine where the fault may be I have found the follow;
1. Window switches are working (both the driver and passenger switch).
2. When the switches are operated a ticking sound occurs at the location of the footwell module. Thus, to my layman knowledge, the footwell module responds to the command and electricity flows through it.
3. No apparent wire breakages.
4. All other windows works normally including lights etc all being operated through the footwell module.
5. After diagnostic was performed terminal 30B showed 0.00V (I do not know what this is of where it is located).
6. Battery terminals are properly connected so as to allow the car to start and to operate everything else.

Can anyone please suggest what else I might have to look into?
