Super Cheap 335i Twin Turbo, Bad Idea?

I just bought what looks to be the cheapest 335i N54 in the USA. Between Auto Trader, Cars dot com, eBay, the forums and local Craigslist postings it was anyway.

40 service records from BMW dealerships since 2007
Original paint, accident free
2007 335i Sport, Premium packages
Monaco blue metallic, black dakota leather
