Hey everyone!
First post on Bimmer forums, won't bore you guys with lots of details and writing so i'll try to get to the photos as quick as possible.
I'm a super noob when it comes to BMW's, this is my 2nd car ever since i came to Malaysia.
Got myself a really good deal but the car definitely needed some work. Started off slowly and here is the progress so far. I'll be keeping this thread updated with the things i do to the car and things i need help on, because i am a super noob who needs guidance :p

Then i immediately got the front end fixed and sprayed:

oh also,
There is a very annoying sound from rear end (left side) - it only comes when the car goes slow on bumps. I have changed the trailing arm bushings and put new absorbers but the sound still remains. Do springs tend to make noise by any chance? because when i got the car lowered (adjustable springs) the noise went away for a few days then came back again and i noticed the right height for that side increased a bit by itself.
Welcome!
What color name is this e36?
Yeah that color is dope
Could you write down the last 7 digits of the VIN here so I can run it at BMW and I'll post your results here.

Greetings from the States! I lived in Kuala Lumpor (Spelling) for a year and got to see some awesome cars in Malaysia.
Good luck with the project.
Thanks! Well when i went to repaint the front end the paint shop told me it's Metallic Burgundy but more towards Vintage Burgundy
Well, here is what the chassis number says as per my Registration card: AA79377
Thank you! The Angel eyes really do add a nice modern touch to it!
