To switch or not to switch?

Hi guys I’m new to the forum, and wanted to ask you guys on a trade in deal I got from my dealership.
So, I have a 2017 BMW X3 35i, my dealership mail me a offer basically I pay 100$ more monthly (I still owe them 48 more monthly payments), for a brand new 2019 BMW X3 M40I no money out of pocket. So I pull the plug and switch?

.... so if you have given us all the information then you could have a new upgrade to a '19 X3 M40i for 48 x $100 = $4800 ...... your '17 35i has depreciated more than that the day you drove it off the lot ..... and in 4 years your resale or trade value for the '19 will be more than $4800 more than the '17.

if you plan to stick with the bmw brand in the long term this should be an easy decision..

I would do it... unless there is some other catch...?
... forty-three years of driving before I get behind the wheel of a BMW .... and I am thinking, "why did it take me so long?"
... and then after another 4 years I can't believe that I have two of them !!
