1997 silver m3

I have a 97 m3 in need of some love and attention.
I'm selling due to my lack of time to work on the car.
It's currently not running due to overheating.
I don't know the cause yet as I haven't had time to work on it.
I'm asking 3k as she sits. In the coming weeks when time permits I will be starting to find the problem and fix it.

New with less then 2k miles
Stewart waterpump
OEM fan clutch
OEM fan
Silicone upper and lower radiator hoses
E46m radiator
Overflow tank
Overflow tank cap
Thermostat

Bad
Currently overheats
Drive side door panel is off(need new clips)
Passenger side door trim is off (needs new clips)
Shift boot and ebrake boot are off (have new ones)
A pillar is missing.
