I just bought a 325xi 2001 recently and knew the lights were a problem, I'm wondering what way I could fix this. I have a Yellow DSC light, yellow ABS, yellow brake wear, yellow ebreak. These always stay on starting the car, but just recently I started in the morning (cold start) at around 7 A.M when it was still kind of wet from dew and the humidity was pretty high, and cold outside, the lights all went away until I got home where I turned it off and started it again a little later they came back on.
Welcome to the Forum!
Well more than likely you have a bad ABS sensor. The best way to find out which one is to use a Diagnostic tool to communicate with the DSC ECU.

Find a reputable indie shop that specializes in bimmers at www.bimrs.org. You’re in Iowa so that website may not show any shop that’s nearby. I don’t know if the NMW Car Club of America has a chapter in your area but google “BMW CCA #####” where “#####” is your zip code. That’ll give you the link to the local chapter. See if there are recommendations for any shops.
Diagnosing your problem requires software running on a laptop (for portability). Check the software sub forum for info.
If you can, get a scan. It's often cheaper than guessing.
I put this base pack for diagnostics from BMW here, everything you need is in post 1. You only need a K+DCAN cable (the ones with a switch) and a Windows laptop.

Alternatively, the Foxwell / Schwaben tools may be good for this.
