Any known issues for X1 over 100k miles?

I'm looking at picking up a 2014 X1 with 91K miles as a second car, any known issues coming up to 100K I should look for? Radiator? Transmission? Engine? Electrical? The car appears to be in good shape overall with regular oil changes, one owner, no accidents. The car is pretty base with no options so I don't expect electrical issues. It does have a panoramic sunroof (but frankly, I don't care if it works or not in the long run, as long as it doesn't get stuck open). It's a California car so I doubt it's seen snow on salted roads (corrosion / rust, etc).

Always get a prepurchase inspection, if the panoramic sunroof had to be replaced its like $4000.00
