    Towing with a 1983 320i

    How much can I tow with my 1983 320i? I have a little Burro camping trailer, about 1000 lb, I want to tow. Is this a good idea??? Has anyone done this with any success?

    I towed a 1100 pound utility trailer with a dirt bike strapped on a few times with my '79. Also towed a 67 bug with a tow bar once. If you're paying attention and leave yourself ample braking space I don't think its a problem. Just be smart about it.
