(E36) Can 325i square rear speakers replace 328i round speakers?

I have stock non-HK Nokia speakers in my 328i. The have the round bottoms when you look in on them from the trunk. (that's the pic of the single speaker).

I don't want to mess with wiring so I was just going to drop in some stock ones while I save up for the Stage I upgrade.

A guy has a pair out of a 325i. It looks like the connector is the same, but will they fit in my rear deck, and are they PnP?

I'd suggest asking this in the E36 section as well, more chance of an owner seeing this and knowing the answer.
