Hey everyone, I'm in the process of refreshing my transmission and differential and unfortunately I ran into some bad luck? Or maybe I'm just a shitty hobby mechanic but anyway, I was pulling out the input shaft seal on my transmission using the sheet metal screw and pliers method where you screw the sheet metal screw into the seal and pull on it with pliers. I tried not to go too deep with the screw, but enough so the threads would catch the seal.unfortunatley I may have gone too deep because when I pulled the seal out, the plastic (classic BMW using plastic in high temp areas) washer/snap ring behind the seal was chipped on the area that contacts the bearing behind it. as you can see in the pictures one of the plastic flaps is chipped off. The washer has 2267017200 written on it but nothing relevant shows up on google. The plastic washer/snap ring is still in place and is quite snug in there but I can still slightly move it around with a screwdriver. Am i ok to re assemble or am I....screwed?

Thanks for the input. i put a very small amount of black rtv on the crack using a toothpick just in case. black rtv is rated for 500F so hopefully all is good when i put everything back together.
Edit: forgot a few words
