Nope, the f06 (4dr grand coupe) and f13 (2dr coupe) sunroof only tilts upward (at the rear) to vent. The roofline's design is too low for a sunroof that opens to the air. It would take away too much (needed) headroom from the interior (if you want to keep the exterior lines of the roof)....especially in the rear seat.

See pics below which shows the difference in available headroom of the f06 6GC rear seat (1st pic) vs the f10 5 series rear seat (2nd pic). The 5 series has a lot more headroom...which gives enough space for a sunroof that open completely to the air.

Although the glass panel only tilts upward at the rear...the interior sunshade retracts fully which gives a panoramic view of the sky...which helps relieve any claustrophobia that could occur...especially if you have the dark anthracite headliner and black interior.
