For the same reasoning I did discard my crash plate and that cured the glove box sag.

Does anyone know if the euro glovebox is still available new... in beige? I recently acquired a third Z3 with a dreadful beige interior that I actually don't hate.

Considering the cost and effort to replace the US box with a Euro box, what is the appeal of the Euro box? My "lightened" US box is just fine.

Because the US glovebox is a hideous eyesore, and I hate looking at it.

I wouldn’t go that far, but I do think the Euro box is better looking, and I’d gladly pay the price of a good-condition, used Euro box to avoid the hassle of removing the metal plate and repairing the crumbling mounting points on the US box that was in my car.

To me, the European panels are invisible. Once installed, you don't even see them when sitting in the seats (and I'm not a tall person @ 5'7" and I've always kept the seats as close to the floor as they'll go.

Nice to hear from you Randy. It has been a month since your visit to your cardiologist. I'm sure there are many of your friends who, like me, are hoping to hear good news stemming from that visit. We are all rooting for you.

Anyone have a good source for the LHD Euro lower dash pieces? Looking for tan as in a '98 1.9.

    Thanks,

I just checked my dealer and both black pieces are NLA from Germany.
