looking for dasc

I'm looking for a complete dasc for a z3. I just missed out on a complete z3 w/ dasc for $2700 asking, and I'm a little peeved. Let me know what you have.

I hate to be the person to talk down on a FI project, but this really is not worth the effort or money.

An inline 6 is so common and cheap to find, and they swap right in. They will all make way more power, and you can snag a great running AL (if you're concerned about weight) m52 for 600-700. Tune, M50 manifold, you're close to 200whp. Toss in a set of cams, and you're at way higher power levels than that tiny supercharger could ever make. You'll always find yourself wanting more power, and an M52 is a far better foundation for that.

If anyone is curious, the DASC stands for: Downing Atlanta Supercharger (DASC), and it's a kit based on a Rootes supercharger for the M44. They stopped making them about 10 years ago.
