Looks cool!
I think I would want a resonator up front and the valve after.
No laws for catalytic converters over there?

There are laws for catalytic converter, but next car check is in 2 years, so when I will need to pass my car check I will put a metal plate and seal the valve so this way I bypass my country law but if you dont want any trouble with valve you shoud go with 1 in 2 out exhaust, one stock and the other pipe straight with this valve, that would be proper way to do this.
In my opinion its very good thing to have a valve, because you dont get that loud noise when cruising or doing a track day, straight pipes gets very annoying in these situations, so I prefer to close my valve when Im in track or going on the highway and valve closed wont pick up police attention when closed, ordinary straight pipe would get you in trouble the first day you go for a ride in your car with straight pipe.
