Issues to look for - used 2011 M Sport

Hi everyone. I’m looking at purchasing my first BMW - a 2011 535i M Sport, loaded with what looks like every option under the sun. Need advice.

The car is only on its second owner, with just over 55k miles and has been very well maintained. Super clean, very few dings chips or scratches. All service records by a BMW dealership, including the 50k service. No major repairs. Right in the middle of KBB private party value.

What I’m wondering is if there are any common problems or issues with this particular year/model/options that could bite me in the butt and be pricey to repair that I should look out for. Any other advice would be much appreciated.

My first questions would be why did the first owner sell, and why is the second owner selling?

Common issues that I know of is thermostat, water pump, valve cover gaskets, and drive belt tensioner & pulley
