Was detailing the car today for about an hour. All doors open, all windows closed. Radio was on.
Anyways - right when I reached up and started wiping the inside of the windshield, the car let out one beep. I pulled my hand away from the window and looked at the dash to see if anything looked unusual. Nothing I noticed. A few seconds later, brought my hand up to keep wiping the inside of the windshield and got another beep. So maybe 3-5 seconds between beeps. From here I got a bit nervous and tried to start the car up. Wouldn't even crank. Then I tried shutting all the doors, locking, then unlocking the vehicle. Then, tried to start the car again - the dash turns on (gas/temp/etc meters get readings), but no cranking. The car also beeps once.. I've since disconnected the battery, thinking I might need to reset the computer, that was about 20 minutes ago. Any other suggestions in case this doesn't do the trick?
Thanks
-Chris
