Hello All,
Was wondering if anyone can suggest the best economical tool for scanning for codes, resetting alerts and actuating components such as brake ABS etc.
I've looked at Foxwell and also the PC based Cable. Looking to you guys who have used these tools and can recommend tohe one(s) with these features.
Thanks!
Specifying for which exact cars you intend to use it on will help a lot. Also your level of computer/mechanical expertise.
There is no perfect one size fits all.

I just bought the Bimmer Geeks Protool. I haven't used it a lot yet but so far it's pretty good. It can reset warning lights , code just like NCS expert and do a lot of things. Works on Android only though.
It reminds me of NCS Dummy because most of it is in English so it's easy to understand. You can get the app in the Google play store free but will have to buy the licensing for either the diagnostics and/or coding from Bimmer Geeks.
