    Original patina or new paint????

    I have been debating whether to keep my original paint and its weathered patina or re-paint . Both my 91 IX's are black

    depends on what you want... personally, if patina, as long as the metal is protected, i would go for it. It has a certain appeal. I also love a new paintjob if affordable though too. pic?

    It it's clear coat peeling, that's not patina and it will get much worse over time.
