When I did my rod bearing change, I installed headers, a tune, and did a top speed delete. Several days ago I was doing a L O N G stretch of road, no cars in sight, a "sporty car" goes by me fast... I followed, shifted from 6-5-4, by then I was on his tail, as he accelerated, I could hear his AT shifting, I stretched my 4th above 100, then, his top speed control stepped in. I was still in the upper rpm range of my 4th , shifted to 5, revved several times, and sped away... OH, what a feeling...
