95 E34 540i Seats, steering wheel & review mirrors not working..

I made a post about this some years ago but got no responses and cant find the post as i have not been on the site in a little while.. so forgive me..

95 E34 540i Seats, steering wheel & review mirrors not working.. I would like to know if anyone has had this happen before. i am rebuilding my car. its my first car since 15 and im 26 about to graduate university. i want it ready for this summer.. I already did the oil change and i dropped the trans pan and waiting for new bolts to deliver.

what i need to know is why my seat went back to front position and why my steering wheel also went back to up position and will not adjust anymore?? it happened almost 8 years ago and thats when i parked the car along with the trans program light and Check control light. now im fixing everything and need to figure this out becouse my driver seat is so uncomfortable its unbarable to drive it.. if anyone has had this problem and might now how to fix it please do give adivce..

i think it might be the CCM module of wich i will replace after i get a new battery after refilling the trans-fluid. Thanks guys.. and ill post pics once i have everything fixed up and or video link of the car..

I wonder if there is a short coming in or out of the memory module, and it is triggering it to go back to one of the set memory positions... Does the arrangement look like something that would work for a tiny old lady?

Yes it actually does.. i barley fit in it. but i managed at the time to put the fuse in it and move it so i could fit and then take the fuse out so it stayed in that position. if i put the fuse back in it will go back to the foward position. so i cannot do anything..
